FURNACE TUBES

RADIANT TUBES

Radiant tubes (radiation tubes) in APM and APMT iron-chromium-aluminium alloys (FeCrAl alloys) available as complete ready-to-install assemblies according to almost any customer specification.

  • Longer service life
  • Less maintenance
  • Higher power output

APM AND APMT FECRAL ALLOYS

APM and APMT iron-chromium-aluminium (FeCrAl) alloys can be used at tube temperatures up to 1,250°C (2,282°F). They offer several advantages compared to other tube materials such as alumina, silicon carbide and nickel-chromium (NiCr) alloys.

  • Excellent form stability
  • Excellent corrosion resistance
  • High thermal conductivity

AF RADIANT TUBES

Our AF Tubes are a unique type of radiant tube that outperform common NiCr tubes in all respects. They are also more cost effective than other equivalent products on the market.

  • More cost-efficient radiant furnace tube innovation
  • Excellent oxidation resistance
  • Highly responsive from reduced wall thickness

U AND W SHAPED RADIANT TUBES

U and W shaped radiant tubes for tube temperatures up to 1250°C (2280°F). The program of radiant tubes includes nickel-chromium (NiCr) alloys or APM and APMT iron-chromium-aluminium (FeCrAl) alloys for extremely demanding environments, of combinations of the two material types.
